今年，他再次来到中国，参加在京举办的第二届世界汉学家大会“中华民族共同体汉学国际会议”。与会期间，他谈到，中国先后提出全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议。三大全球倡议的提出，都是基于中国希望为全球共性问题提供解决方案这一出发点。“在我看来，它们背后蕴含的是人类命运共同体的思想。这与中国过去提出的共建‘一带一路’倡议是一脉相承的。”（完）

The International Conference on Studies of the Community for the Chinese Nation, the parallel session of the Second World Conference of Sinologists, was held on Wednesday at the Palace of China Ethnic Cultures in Beijing.

Carsten B. Th?gersen, Danish sinologist and former Consul-General of Denmark in Shanghai, said in an exclusive interview with China News Network that it's important that foreigners visit China to see for themselves, to meet Chinese people and to speak with them so that they can understand China much better.
